Apps not loading SharePoint data

Hello,

Today, SharePoint data stopped loading in galleries and other controls in Power Apps. I can access and review the SharePoint lists directly without any issues, but the apps remain stuck in a loading loop.

I have also tried using different networks, but the issue persists.

Is anyone else experiencing the same problem?

Hello, I’m having the same issue across my different applications. I can access the SharePoint lists directly, but it gets stuck in a loading loop and won’t let me proceed.

Yes, this can sometimes happen due to a temporary service issue or connection problem between Power Apps and SharePoint.

A few quick things to check:
1. Try refreshing the data source in Power Apps
2. Check if there are any errors in Monitor
3. Clear browser cache or try in Incognito/InPrivate mode
4. Confirm if it’s happening across all apps or just one

This issue is typically caused by a temporary connector/session problem or a query/delegation issue—not a problem with your SharePoint data itself.

Start with:

Refresh/reconnect SharePoint

Test with simple query

Use Monitor to identify errors
