Knowledge module causes errors and a lot of mindless blinking

I'm trying to add knowledge bases to my agent, but a lot of Sharepoint entries are causing errors. Now the entire view is constantly blinking, and I don't see an option to remove the ones that are apparently causing all this drama.

Am I the only one with this problem? Anyone has an idea to how I can remove these, so the blinking stops?

    Hi,
this is a known UI issue that can happen when multiple SharePoint knowledge sources fail to load simultaneously, causing the page to get stuck in a refresh loop.
Here's how to work around it:
Option 1 — Remove via URL (bypass the broken UI)
If the Copilot Studio UI is too unstable to click through:
    1. Open your browser DevTools → Console
    2. Try navigating directly to the Knowledge settings URL: --- https://copilotstudio.microsoft.com → your agent → Settings → Knowledge
    3. Use a different browser or InPrivate/Incognito mode — sometimes the blinking is cache/session related and clears up
Option 2 — Clear and re-add via a stable session
    1. Hard refresh the page: Ctrl + Shift + R
    2. If the page stabilizes even briefly, quickly click the "..." menu next to the failing SharePoint entries and select Remove
    3. Remove the broken entries one at a time, then re-add only the ones you actually need
Option 3 — Check SharePoint site permissions
The errors are likely caused by SharePoint sites your agent can't access. Verify:
    • The sites are publicly accessible within your tenant or the agent's service account has access
    • The SharePoint connector is properly authenticated under Settings → Security
    • → Add knowledge from SharePoint
If none of the above work, raise a support ticket with Microsoft.

Just following up on the answer I shared recently. Could you please let me know if it resolved your issue, or if you need any further clarification?
