I am successful to connect my Copilot chat bot to ServiceNow and query for the specific data using "List Record", however the response is pushing JSON data into the chat interface which i am not able to fix. Hoping someone will help me or guide me to fix this. i have looked for solution online but there seems to be lot of things are changing within the Copilot which made some of the option to disappear.
I have attached the List Record configuration what i have done on my setup.
So I did not look a the pictures but will say this.
In your flow, you will need to take the Service Now answer, and grab the details you want and pass that back to the Topic (or however its triggered) so that it responds properly.
That or you can try to give it a specific instruction, at the Action level, (Tool sorry), the BOT level or configuration level, that specifies for it to read the JSON and return back only XYZ data within the json, and then it will return to the user the proper data.
