How can I build an AI-powered knowledge article generation system?

I’m looking to implement an AI-driven solution that can automatically generate and maintain knowledge articles by ingesting multiple content sources such as training materials, SharePoint documents, emails, PDFs, Onedrive files.
 
-Current challenges:
Knowledge content is scattered across multiple systems
Articles are inconsistent in format, tone, and structure
Outdated or duplicate content creates confusion
Manual creation and maintenance is time-consuming
Heavy dependency on SMEs and service desk
 
-Expected capabilities:
Automatically ingest and consolidate content from multiple sources
Interpret and generate clean, standardized knowledge articles
Ensure consistent structure, tone, and governance compliance
Detect duplicates and outdated content
Suggest updates and improvements over time
Provide metadata, tagging, and search optimization
 
-Process I want to achieve:
Content ingestion
Content interpretation and consolidation
Draft knowledge article creation
Quality checks
Duplicate detection
Human review & approval
Publishing and tagging
Continuous improvement

How can this be implemented preferably low/no-code
What tools/services (Power Platform, AI Builder, Copilot Studio, etc.) should I use?
How do I design the architecture for this end-to-end flow?
Are there any best practices or real-world implementations for this use case?

     How can this be implemented (low / no‑code)?
    • Use Power Automate to ingest content from SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook emails, and file uploads via event‑based or scheduled triggers
    • Use AI Builder to extract text from PDFs, images, and structured documents using OCR and document processing models
    • Store all normalized content in Dataverse as a single knowledge hub with lifecycle and metadata
    • Generate draft knowledge articles using Copilot Studio generative answers grounded on SharePoint / Dataverse content
    • Use Power Automate Approvals + Power Apps for SME review, edits, and publishing
    (From Copilostudio itself u can directly refer the knowledge source, since you mentioned some ingestion related process and document classification - Power Automate and AI Builder is recommended) 
     
    What tools / services should I use?
    • Power Automate - Content ingestion, orchestration, approvals, scheduling
    • AI Builder -OCR, PDF text extraction, document processing (“Process documents” action)
    • Dataverse - Centralized knowledge storage, metadata, governance, audit trail
    • Copilot Studio - Knowledge interpretation, draft generation, and end‑user Q&A using generative answers
