Hi,
Do I require a separate WAF to publish to web(public) from power BI when the link will be inserted on a front end website which already has a WAF?

    No, you do not typically need a separate WAF specifically for the Power BI portion of your data.
    Because of how Power BI "Publish to Web" and "Embed" work, the security and traffic management are handled by Microsoft’s infrastructure rather than your own front-end server.
