Facing Connection Issue in Copilot agents

My Agent Requires to make a connection to salesforce, Upon receiving the user query and setting up the connection using connection manager successfully [Green check marks against all connections]. The Agent responds back with a connection error as follows:
 
Sorry, the bot can't talk for a while. It's something the bot's owner needs to address. Error code: ConnectorRequestFailure. Conversation ID: c80ec0cf-8183-4daa-ab51-53xxxxxxxxxx. Time (UTC): 3/6/2026 10:35:11 AM.
 
We tried new chat sessions, Uninstalling and reinstalling the agent. But no success, the error remains the same.
