Hi,
I m trying to add Copilot studio agent in SharePoint Online landing page using SPFx. I have followed the guidance given in the https://github.com/microsoft/CopilotStudioSamples/blob/main/SharePointSSOComponent/SETUP.md

But When I click on the button my agent is keep loading. FYI I haven't change the SharePoint SPFx component, I used the Pre-built package.

See the bot window below, keep loading.

Can someone please help on this.
Thank you very much.

    Hello,

have you checked the browser developer tab? Network tab? Which endpoint is hanging? That way you can try to debug it by yourself and resolve the issue. It could be the case that the sample is not working properly for some reason.

In case of any other questions, let me know. If the answer helped you, mark it, so that others can benefit from it.

    Best regards,

I managed to get this work and now when I click on the bot button it pops up. Thank you.
But I m facing a new challenge as the SPFx integrated bot is not providing answers for the same question I ll get answers within the copilot studio.
Seems to be it is not answering any question. FYI- The bot built based on SharePoint site as a knowledge source. I test with embeded chat in the SharePoint page, it provides answers as I expected( only issue no SSO) :-)
Seems to be bot is providing generic answers, not based on the SharePoint site.
    Am I missing something here?

    Thanks.
