    If your Excel file is already stored in SharePoint
    Launch("https://yourtenant.sharepoint.com/sites/yoursite/Shared%20Documents/YourFile.xlsx")
     
    Generate dynamic Excel file then use power automate and set variable in power apps
    Set(
        varFile,
        YourFlow.Run()
    );
    Launch(varFile.link)
