Hi All,

I am creating an app (like shopping cart) for my and I want to share it with entire organization. However, In order to share the app with other users I need to give them access of the the connectors in my app.
I have three lists connected: 1. where the form gets saved, 2. containing inventory data, 3. access list to give editing access to only few users.

I tried creating Security Account. However, my IT dept has denied access to create security account.
Is there any way I can share the app with organization without sharing these lists as I don't want clients to see all those information?

    Share PowerApps without sharing datasources
I'm assuming your data source is a sharepoint site. If that is correct this is how I've done it in the past.

    Go to settings>Site Permissions>Advanced Site Permissions>Permissions Levels

I create a new permissions level by making a copy of the contribute permission level except you want to uncheck the view application pages list permission.

After creating that new permission level go back to advanced site permissions create a new group and give that group the new permission level you just made.

Assign the users in that group but be sure when you select to share to uncheck the send and email invitation shown below.

Once you do that go back to power apps and share the app with the users.

This is how I've done this in the past and I'm not sure if it's the best method but it should work.
