I'm hoping I'm just missing something obvious but I'm really struggling to find a way to export a list of our Dataverse environments along with their data usage. I'd also like to export a list of tables by usage from a specific environment. I'm able to find both of these lists in the Licencing section of the Power Platform admin centre; however, I can't see any way to actually export these lists to a CSV or similar.

Any help with this would be much appreciated, thanks in advance!

I can brin up two points to meet your needs here:

We can use Power Platform Admin Center API or PowerShell: Microsoft provides Power Platform Admin APIs and PowerShell modules that allow you to programmatically retrieve environment details and capacity usage. Get the benefits of Get-AdminPowerAppEnvironment PowerShell cmdlet to list environment. Also, for getting a report of capacity and storage usage, you can query the Dataverse Capacity API.
We can leverage Power Platform Admin Connector in Power Automate: We can create a Power Automate flow to fetch environment and capacity data and export it to a SharePoint list, Excel file, or other destinations.
