How to use power automate to upload images to share point document library through the Power App

Hi, Can you please explain the each and every step to upload images to share point document library through the Power App. I think it need power automate. Can you please explain the process. I'm trying this since several days, but still struggling to do. Every time the image is passing to power automate as a link. I have used following  code to do the conversion image to binary 
Base64: Mid(JSON(ThisRecord.PicBrkfromIMM,JSONFormat.IncludeBinaryData), Find(",", JSON(ThisRecord.PicBrkfromIMM,JSONFormat.IncludeBinaryData))+1, Len(JSON/(ThisRecord.PicBrkfromIMM,JSONFormat.IncludeBinaryData)) - Find(",", JSON(ThisRecord.PicBrkfromIMM,JSONFormat.IncludeBinaryData)) -1),
 
But it only out put a link
