Hey there,
I have a Dataverse table whose contents are populated through a PowerApp, and are then modified using a Power Automate flow.
I have two user accounts with per-app licensing, and my own premium developer account using this table. While looking at the records in Dataverse, I can see everyone's records, but I can only view or modify my own records when using the App or running the Flow.
Likewise, the other two accounts can only see and modify those records that they created when using the app.
In the evironment settings a custom security group has given all members full access to the table at the organization level using a custom security role.
All members are part of the same business unit.
All members are in the same security group.
The security group has been assigned to a Team that has been granted access to the custom Moblie Offline User security role AND the Basic User role.
This is an OFFLINE app. All permissons to offline tables needed for the app to load without errors have been granted to the security role.
What other tables or settings do I need to consider in order to ensure that everyone can view and modify all records created?
Additional information:
I am genuinely more confused. I have a second app (not offline) that uses the same table. I am able to access all records (both my own and from the other two users) using this app, but not with the offline app. I've also realized that I can see the records using the app as long as I am using the browser version. I also believe I was mistaken that I was not able to send records that were not my own through the flow. I have reattempted it by resetting the submission status (one from my own, one from another user) and it returned that two were sent.
Thanks,
