Inconsistent response from Copilot Agent

Hi team ,

I have created an agent with Sharepoint knowledge Base and linked with PowerApps and posted few queries which are related to my Knowledge Base , but it gives inconsistent responses for the same question. Its not serving the purpose with this inconsistent responses . Please help us to unblock here.
