Hi I am fairly new to copilot and creating agents so please bear with me, I have gone into a SharePoint site which was created to test copilot agents and its applications to scenarios my organization may face. I have placed a folder filled with pdf documents containing a diary of an advisor. Now the agent itself works pretty well! It answers questions pretty well and goes through ALOT of data/documents quite quickly. The problem I face is when I want to share the agent with others in my org for testing. I first shared it with someone who does not have a copilot license but did previously have a copilot studio trial, it worked, opened, allowed prompting, no issues. Then I sent it to someone who does not have a copilot license, it came to a screen where it prompted me to purchase a license. Lastly, I sent it to someone in the organization who has a full license and as expected it worked perfectly again. It is worth noting I am using a copilot trial at the moment and everyone in the organization is on 365.
Why did it not work for the second user? Am I to assume that I have to buy a license for everyone who wants to use the agent now? Can I purchase a copilot license and will that make it work for everyone else in the org?
As for the first person, there had to have been overlap between when their license was going to expire versus when it was stopped. It would not work for them otherwise.
