I used the Microsoft Copilot Studio phone to create an agent and shared it with my colleagues in the team channel. Yesterday it worked perfectly, but today, no matter what question I ask, I get either the answer, “I'm not sure how I can help. Can you please rephrase?” or the answer, “Escalation to a live agent is not currently configured for this bot. However, the bot can provide information here on how to contact a person in other ways.
Is there anything else I can help you with?” Although I received a meaningful answer to the same question yesterday. Even when I use the agent test, I only get a meaningful answer when I use it in the teams comes up with the nonsense answer mentioned above.

Do you have a screenshot of the conversation path, the interaction you receive when testing it in development, and the interaction you receive when testing in the teams channel? If I can take a look at these, I can likely identify your issue.

Sometimes, issues arise due to authentication settings or configuration changes.

Ensure that authentication is enabled for your agent, as it is necessary for the agent to function properly in Teams.

Additionally, verify if your bot works in the test environment of Copilot Studio, including checking your knowledge and resources. If the same error persists there, republish the bot. If there are no issues with authentication and permissions in Teams, it should work.

I have the same issue. Authentication and permission is set properly. I have to keep on republishing the Agent which is not a longer term solution. There are times that even if I republish it, it still doesn't work.
