Team is Unable to see App

Hello,

I created an App in PowerApps, I gave 2 people on my team permission on the Channel as well as in Sharepoint where the information is pulled for the app. I have also published the app a few times and my Team has refreshed Teams several times. They can see the App on the channel however when they go to open it it says "There was a problem reaching the app". We been trying to problem solve based on other questions on the forum but we can't seem to figure out what's happening and how to fix it. Does anyone know how to fix this?

On the Share screen within PowerApps itself, do those team members appear?

Hi BenKraft, yes they are showing up and when I choose "Manage Access" they show up under the list. I made my 2 coworkers I shared with Co-Owners and they still are not able to see the App.

In 90% of cases like this, the issue is:

App not shared via Power Apps OR missing data source permissions

Key things to check:

App sharing: Ensure the app is shared directly from Power Apps (not just Teams).

Data access: Users must have proper access to SharePoint or Microsoft Dataverse.

Connections: Users may need to sign in and create their own connections.

Teams setup: Re-add the app tab if needed.

Testing: Try opening the app in a browser to isolate the issue.
