Set ComboBox Default Based on Label Content

I have Button1 (Add Photos).

I have Label1 (Job Type).

I have Gallery1 (Consumables), in which is ComboBox1 (Consumable_Description).

I am using the following to filter ComboBox1.

Filter(colConsumableChoiceCollection,

   Consumable_Location = JS_Location_Dropdown.Selected.Project_Name

   &&

   !(Consumable_Description in colConsumablePicked.Consumable_Description))

Goal:

If Label1 defaults to "Drop", "Storm Work", or "Service Call" ComboBox1

should default to "Fiber Waste" (which is in the ComboBox list of items),

else ComboBox1 should default to Blank() and show the list.

Currently, as a test, ComboBox1 'DefaultSelectedItems' has ["Fiber Waste"],

however it is not appear in the box.

What am I missing?

What is missing here is the actual field displayed in the Combo Box - I will use JobType in the example below - change if that is incorrect. DefaultSelectedItems should be
{ JobType: If( Label1.Text in ["Drop", "Storm Work", "Service Call"], "Fiber Waste", Blank() ) }
