Can we export the customization on the Power Page Management App with unmanaged solution?

In my development environment, we have a solution with Power Page sites, Power Automate flows and the "Power Page Management App" (it was added automatically). I have customerized the left menu to faciliate my work.

But I just found that the customization of "Power Page Management App" is not kept for unmanaged solution. It works for managed solution.

Is there anything I can do to make the export works with unmanaged solution?

Based on your description, this does not appear to be an issue with your solution configuration. It is likely due to how Microsoft packages and layers the Power Pages Management app. If you've confirmed that the app, sitemap, and related components are included in the solution and the behavior only differs between managed and unmanaged imports, there is currently no supported way to force those navigation customizations to be preserved in an unmanaged solution.
If this behavior is critical to your ALM process, it would be worth opening a Microsoft Support ticket to determine whether this is a known limitation or a product bug. If Microsoft confirms it is by design, then using managed solutions for deployment is the recommended and supported approach.

After importing the Unmanaged Solution

Did you Publish All

Edit the Power Pages Mgt app and check if your customisations are present

then Publish from inside the edit App.

Do a full browser cache clear (F12 to open the developer console, then right click your browsers refresh button and choose the 3rd option)
