Have network traces been taken from users that experience the issue as well?
When you say "It works well with System admin role", does that mean you tried giving a user that had issues the security role and afterwards the issue disappeared? Or did you, or other users, already have the role, tried, and did not experience the issue?
Are there any patterns for users that experience the issue? Perhaps the network they are connected to or a specific location or user role where the issue is experienced?
