ReportHi guys, first time user of Copilot studio, i want to to reply to outlook emails that come into a customer service account, using the knowledge bank i uploaded, and send the reply.
all looks ok, trigger get the green ticks, everything seems fine but on all tests the email arrives and nothing is sent to reply!
