If the email contains a specific word, share a post on Teams

Posted on by
The subject of the incoming email says "Take action for your ticket number 000." The ticket number part changes constantly. What I want to do is if the subject of the email says "Take action for your ticket number.", Teams should send a notification.

The critical part for me:
The person sending the email is always the same
The subject of the email says "Take action for your ticket number."
If it meets my conditions, post it in the Teams group.

I have made various attempts but when I tested all of them, I was stuck in the loading area and could not get any results. I would be very happy if you could help.

It would be helpful if you could upload a screenshot of your flow for better clarity.

Are the emails being sent to a personal mailbox or a shared mailbox? This will determine the appropriate trigger to use.

Assuming the emails are arriving in a user mailbox, a flow like this should work.
