Make data available for users without a premium license / GraphAPI

Hey,
I would like to provide data to our standard users. The problem is that only a few have premium licenses and the standard users only use the apps to work. 
As I understand it, you can provide data via sharepoint using a powerapp without a standard user needing a premium license. But sharepoints have limits regarding the lines to be saved. 
Do you have an idea what my alternative could be?
 
The goal is to read out data for various processes and apps via the GraphAPI and make it available in the app, similar to the CoE starter kit.

    Hey Michael,
     
    the idea is to Save the data in sharepoint lists. 
    but it is problematic to do it via sharepoints because the number of rows is limited. 
    Hence my question if there is another alternative without having to give the standard users a premium license (because otherwise you have to use the SQL-Connector or the Dataverse, which is associated with the use of the premium license).

    You say your data, but you do not explain where the data is, Dataverse?
     
    However, using any mechanism to avoid a license is illegal (even though the tech may allow it) and Microsoft is putting a huge smack down on it.
