I have no experience with Power Apps, but am trying to achieve the objective below. Any help or recommendations would be greatly appreciated
Objective: Create a Power App that allows users to edit data used in a Power BI dashboard in real time. Setup: I've created a SharePoint list with four columns: Vendor, Workstream, Class of Trade, and Proposed Days to Pay. The Vendor, Workstream, and Class of Trade columns are text and the Proposed Days to Pay column is a number. In Power BI, I've connected to this SharePoint list. Next Steps:
Now, I would like to create a Power App that allows the dashboard user to change the proposed days to pay column value.
I'm not sure if this is possible, but I would like for there to be two options to change the proposed day to pay value.
Change the proposed day to pay value for all the vendors that are currently filtered (Will get to the filters later).
Change the proposed days to pay value for a specific vendor.
Additionally, I'd like to display a list of all the vendors. For example, if a specific vendor appears in the dataset twice, it would be displayed twice.
In the dataset, a specific vendor can show up one to three times if it has multiple workstreams and class of trade.
At the top of the app, I'd like to have three search/filter functions.
Search bar where a user can search for a specific vendor.
A filter where a user can filter by workstream and select multiple workstreams
A filter where a user can filter by class of trade and select multiple class of trade.
Once a user changes the proposed days to pay value, they click a submit button and it updates that value in the dashboard in real time.
