In order to effectively collaborate it would be great if I could @mention my collegue in Microsoft Co Pilot Studio (and ideally more like Power Automate) however he is not showing up in the regular dropdown list. He (rik.vandenreijen@CorporateGameChick.com) has a teams account, the licenses: Microsoft 365 business standard, Microsoft Copilot Studio Viral Trial Microsoft Power Apps for Developer Microsoft Power Automate Free Power Pages vTrial for Makers
& team account & here (https://admin.cloud.microsoft/exchange#/mailboxes) an email has been setup for him. However when he tries to access his outlook he gets the message UserHasNoMailboxAndNoLicenseAssignedError. His personal email works (he also performed the registry edit step suggested).
