Hello Everyone,
I don't know if this is the right forum as this is my first time to post here in the community anyway I'm trying to make a new email notification when an email arrived from our shared mailbox. I want to be notified whenever we received an email from our shared mailbox (email then converted to ticket) so that I don't need to check our Service Manager Console every single time. This is the error that I encountered, is it possible of blocking or admin permission from our Azure Active Directory admin rights?
