Hello,
im new here. An end user of mine is trying to create an environment buts it’s blocked, even though I have given them a ‘Power Apps Premium’ licence. Any suggestions plz?

If you want to give your users the ability to create their own environments, then follow the below instructions-

Go to the Power Platform Admin Centre - https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com
Click the Settings cog at the top right
Click Power Platform Settings

If you want them to be able to create their own developer environments, then click 'Environment assignments: Developer' and change the 'Who can create anad manage developer environments to 'Everyone'

You can do the same for Production and Trial environments with the settings -
Environment assignments: Production
Environment assignments: Trial

Alternatively, you could keep the environment creation to only Power Platform admins and then create the environments for the users.
