Word Template functionality not working in Model Driven App

I'm using a model-driven app that contains an embedded table. When I try to use the Word template feature, I get an internal server error with code 0x80044150.

    Hi,
     
    You’re not doing anything wrong. This is a limitation in the modern model-driven app.
    Even if auditing is enabled and permissions are correct, Audit History will not show in the Related tab in the modern view. It is only available in the classic view.
    What you can do:
      • Open the record in classic mode to see Audit History
      • add a custom button (using ribbon/command bar) to open audit history
      • check audit logs from Advanced Settings → Audit Summary View
