Vibe PowerApp Plan is gone ?

My vibe powerapp plan is gone. all of a sudden its not longer in the vibe site. The app is still working and published. The error I receive when I tab into the plan is "failed to generate plan missing access"

    If you can paste a screenshot of the page or error, I can pinpoint it much faster.
     
    I'd do these steps:
    • Check license status
    • Check environment access
    • Ask admin if the plan/workspace was removed

    Here's the permissions I have, they have not changed. Also, the error I receive when I click into the plan.
