What license is required to End User to open Power App to Submit or edit items

 Hi Team,
 
I have a general question about Power app, what specific license is required to 0365/M365 End users required to open app and submit records?
 
When user profile created in any organization, is that license will auto assigned to every users ? if not every user can`t submit/raise request to get or update license to access Power apps right ?
 
When End users open the app, Data connections access/Sign In Pop-up it shows, When Admin or Owners share an app with End User, do they need to grant access to Data source as well? 
 
I Believe there is some thing an option end users can access with out having direct access the Data Sources.
 
Please assist me about End User prospective

    First of all thank you for response.
     
    as per your comment, even though if they are M365 or O365 users, they(End User) should have either per App or per User license if not they can`t access Power apps, it might be Canvas or Model driven

    The License for Office 365 / Microsoft 365 only allow to run Power App inside the teams, 
     
    To be able to use Powe Apps/ model driven app outside the teams you will need one of the following Licenses: Power App Per App or Power Apps per User
     
    Power App per App - Give to you access to right to access the one application in a specific environment. For example, if the user want to access 2 o more apps you will need to buy the amount of Power Apps Per App license that the user need. You can't using premium connectors in that license
     
    Power Apps per User - Give you access to any power apps application in any environment. The user will be able to access 2 or more app in any environment that he is included in your tenant. You can using premium connectors in that license.
