Sharepoint knowledge working and retrieving answers on 1-on-1 chat but not on group chat

We have an copilot agent that has connected to Sharepoint folder as it's knowledge base.

While querying agent in the Teams on 1-on-1 chat, it's responding clearly but when added to the teams group chat it's just responding "try rephrasing".

Can you put lights on why it's working on 1-on-1 but not on group chat.

And is there any solution to it.

Can you please verify what your security settings are for when its in Teams groups

There are...a lot of seemingly people having this issue. I only saw one case for me where it was a security (Authenticating the user in use) that fixed mine.

i am currently using the default Microsoft Entra ID authentication. I am not sure if there’s a specific security setting for teams group in the copilot studio.

Yes surprisingly, I saw quite a few posts with people having this issue .
