Error with buttons language - some buttons in english some in french

Hi, this is the second time I see a similar issue with managed solutions. For context, the original application was built in english and then translated to french, after importing it in a produciton environment some of the buttons are not translated at all, an issue that was not present in the dev environment.

For exemple: here the button Save is still in english, even though the environment language is set to french, meanwhile the other buttons are correctly displayed in french.

Has anyone ever seen something like this? Any suggestions on how to fix it? Thank you

    Hi @Diotmac,

I suspect the following causes preveting this:

    1. Missing or Incomplete Language Resource Import: The language resource files or translations may not have been fully imported or published in Production, let's make sure, translation XML or JSON files have been imported and published in the Production environment.
    2. Caching Issues: Browser or server caching might cause old language strings to appear. Please try in different browsers, clean cahce if needed.
    3. Differences in Environment Configuration: Language settings or locale configurations might differ between Dev and Production. Please double check in both environments. Please check environment (language) settings .
    4. Custom JavaScript or Hardcoded Labels: Some buttons might have labels set directly in JavaScript or HTML that are not localized.
    5. Publishing or Sync Delays: Translations might not be fully published or synchronized in Production.

    Preventive measure:

    • Sometimes, translations imported via solutions or packages might not fully apply until the site is republished.
    • If using Power Platform translation features, ensure all relevant components are included in the export/import process.

I am sure some clues I tried to give. If these clues help to resolve the issue brought you by here, please don't forget to check the box Does this answer your question? At the same time, I am pretty sure you have liked the response!
