How do I create a sandbox environment?

I am getting the below error when I try to create a Sandbox environment:

Your tenant's administrators have disabled environment creation for non-admin users. You need this permission to create an environment in your tenant. Please contact your administrator for assistance.

    thats not an error, that means your M365 administrator disabled the option to create power platform environments in your tentant. so you need to contact your organization support to request a role that allows you to create environments or ask them to do so.

    It’s a permission/governance restriction at tenant level
     
    Ask your tenant admin to:
    • Create the Sandbox environment for you
    OR
    Grant you one of these roles:
    • Power Platform Admin
    • Global Admin
    Request policy change
    Admin can enable environment creation by:
    • Going to Power Platform Admin Center
    • Updating environment creation settings for users
