Hi!
We would like to develop a power app that enables a user to request unavailable connectors.

Looking for guidance or pointers on how to do this.

I'm thinking a Power apps form containing:
1) a list of connectors that the user currently has access to
- looking for an approach on how to do this?
2) a list of connectors, probably searchable/filterable, that the user does not have access to, but could request
- looking for an approach on how to do this?
3) the ability to request a connector
- this would send an email somewhere with details of the request, including the connector name
- Once 1) & 2) are defined, this should not be a problem

I have not been able to find anything online regarding this issue, so any ideas are helpful.

Thank you!

    Connectors general guidance
    HI @gna99

So, you want to load over 1000 connectors for the people to pick from?

I mean connectors are available to people unless you don't have the right license and or you have a DLP blocking it.

    Forget that its connectors.

    It's just data

How do you store data where you want people to see a list of things that are in that data storage (table for instance)
How do you store the options that they chose

If you were using SQL or SharePoint, how would you do it?

As for an App, if you had the data structures already created, you could simply use the Generator (by Data) to create you the simple app it would take, or using the AI feature to have it auto generated.

What I am not clear on is, how are you going to define which ones they can use? Is this some internal list by IT? In which case how are you stopping them from "seeing" any connector in the Power Apps UI?
