Describe Tab is Missing when Creating an Agent in Copilot Studio

In Copilot agent builder essentials, I can only enter an initial prompt from the Copilot home screen before an agent is created without giving me the opportunity to further refine it. I can only configure the agent or test it then publish it. My Copilot landing page also looks different from that of the course instructor. Yes, I'm in my own developer environment and yes, my browser language is within the list of supported languages required by the conversational agent experience. The first image is what I currently see. The second image is what I expect to see. Any ideas?

The differences you’re seeing are due to recent Copilot Studio UI updates. Microsoft’s guidance notes that features can vary by enrollment, environment, and rollout stage, so not all users see the same options. Your UI matches the new design, which moves directly into sections like Overview and Agents, unlike the older dual-mode setup shown in the course. Microsoft updates these workflows regularly, so training materials may show previous versions.

Yes the UI changed, but is the "Describe" tab/option moved somewhere else or removed entirely?
