Can i check how did you move the copilot to new Environment.
The API endpoint returning a 404 error indicates that the bot framework might not be deployed correctly. Check if the bot is published and assigned to the correct environment in Power Platform Admin Center.
Ensure your user role has the correct permissions to access the Copilot Studio bot. If you are using Application Users (Service Principal), verify that it has the right security roles assigned.
If your company has firewall or network policies, check if requests to PowerApps API are being blocked. Try loading Copilot Studio from a different network or VPN.
