Access to dev environment for power up program

Hi,

We have signed into the power up program and are working through the content however when we tried to set up the dev test environment, it came up with the pop up saying that it was loading but nothing has loaded. We have tried logging out and back in again, is there something else we can try? The User ID is correct but the environment is blank and the start experimenting button is not available.

Try to connect with in private mode in browser, you do not need to create new environement, because you can just create solutions then starting your lab practices
