We have deployed a Copilot Studio agent where users can provide feedback via thumbs up and thumbs down, optionally with comments.
In Copilot Studio, this feedback is visible under Analytics > Reactions, including per-reaction details and satisfaction metrics.
Our goal is to export all individual reactions, thumbs up and thumbs down, including any user comments, and link them to the related conversations in Dataverse, for example via the ConversationTranscript table.
So far, we have not been able to find where these individual reactions are stored in Dataverse, or whether they are exposed through any standard Power Apps table.
Are thumbs up/down reactions stored in Dataverse at all?
If so, which table contains this data?
If not, is there another supported way to export or access reaction-level feedback and correlate it with conversation transcripts?
Any pointers or documentation would be appreciated.
