    Hi
    Can you try this approach

Add a Time Zone Instruction to the Agent's System Prompt

In Copilot Studio, go to your agent's Instructions / System Prompt and add something like:
    Sample Instruction
The user is based in the United Kingdom.
Always use UK date format (DD/MM/YYYY).  T
he current date and time should be interpreted in GMT/BST (Europe/London) timezone.
This tells the model how to interpret and display dates.

Hi, hope you are doing well.

The issue seems to stem from date format ambiguity.

You mentioned you are based in the UK, which means you use the DD/MM/YYYY date format. Your agent receives today's date as 09/04/2026, but it most likely reads it in the US date format of MM/DD/YYYY and decodes it as Sept 04th, 2026.

I tried to check if there is a specific setting in Copilot Studio to set the default date format or region but I could not find any. This could also be something set on the environment-level.

To fix this, I suggest explicitly tell the agent, either as Instructions in the Overview tab of your agent or as Topic description, to always resolve dates in DD/MM/YYYY format. This would ensure your agent always follow the UK's format and fixes the ambiguity.
