I cannot able to share apps

While sharing apps I am getting following error

The request failed with error: '{"error":{"code":"0x8004d24d","message":"The user(Id = 70d080a3-1167-ef11-bfe2-7c1e5237cfe0, accessMode = 0) has not been assigned any License and is disabled. Please contact your system administrator to assign license to this user for the action to succeed and consider enabling this user. Additional Details: User IsDisabled=True, IsLicensed=False. ImpersonatingSystemUserId=67628583-876536-ef11-bfe3-000d3adf7352."}}'. The correlation Id is '3452e3db-73b1-4091-8719-471c4546904ce1'.

When I checked the license I have already assigned Powerapps for office 365

Hi

Check User Licensing:

Go to Admin Center https://admin.microsoft.com

Navigate to Users > Active Users and search for the user ID mentioned in the error (70d080a3-1167-ef11-bfe2-7c1e5237cfe0).

Ensure the user having the Power Apps or Power Platform license.

Verify Permissions in Power Platform Admin Center:

Open Power Platform Admin Center https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com.

Go to respective Environment.

Under Users + Permissions, check if the user has proper access.

Ensure they have at least the Basic User role or other necessary roles.

Contact Your Administrator: If you are not an admin, touch base with ( IT / Power Platform) admin to assign the necessary licenses and enable the user.

Thank you for the reply

But I have already check the license and I have Powerapps for office 365 license
and I am the administrator as My user is not able to share the apps I also check the permission and there is no problem as well

Since you stating that you having Powerapps for office 365 license.

The respective user in the Environment is (Enabled)?

Hi,

The error message describing the user is User IsDisabled=True this might be the reason the app which you want to share doesn't enabled in the environment try enable the user and revert us.

I hope once you enable the user, the issue will not persists.

I dont know how to enable the user
when I check the environment I didnot see such option at all
