To make the bot inactive if left unattended for sometime.

If the bot published is unattended for sometime (around 50 min), then an error comes stating "Unable to Connect". To mitigate this I tried using the "inactivity" trigger and set time duration, a message and an action to follow. But when I create a topic it is in "custom" and if I modify in "system" topic then also, that topic goes to "custom" and the trigger is not working when I test it. Can you suggest how to solve this error or provide any other solution?
