Analytics are Completely Incorrect

Hey everyone,

I have been working on a Copilot bot over the summer and I have recently taken a deeper look into the analytics tab and realized that all of the information is off. Everything in the Analytics tab from our total sessions, engagement rate, resolution rate, abandon rate, and CSAT all seem to be incorrect. I have been testing this copilot daily alongside another team member so there have been plenty of sessions between us but our total for the past week is at 7. I have far more than 7 a day. Every other heading I mentioned is off in the same way where although there is a number there, its very incorrect. Even some days like August 20th which should have way more than 20 total sessions apparently has 1. Has anyone has any similar issues to this and has a solution? I have done a lot of research on the internet along with in this community and still haven't found any solution to this.
