Issues with Format and Documents

Hi all — I’m building an agent that allows end users to upload an Excel/Word template. The agent will scan the file, use the knowledge sources I provide to answer questions, and then generate an output using the same Excel/Word template. I haven't had luck with it generating an output in correct format. Please let me know what I can do.
