Community not letting me use my work account

In the previous version of the Power Platform community, I used my work account to successfully post questions and feedbacks. With the new version, I am unable to log in. After I use my work account login, I am taken to a page to accept terms and conditions and on doing that, the page recycles and I am still unsigned. If I use the register tab, it says I am already registered. So I am currently stuck and I had to register a personal account to make this post.
