Importing Data from a Tier 1 F&O site

I am having issues importing data from our UAT Tier 1 F&O environment. We were able to setup the connection fine, choose our tables and map the columns fine but once the table actually loaded in the tables section no data has ever populated. There are not any errors that I can find so I do not even know where to start with what the problem can be.

I know the connection is working ok as I saw all the tables available and it is populating the correct column names, just never any data and I am unsure why.

Hi @JA-08071752-0, i think it is a security role issue, do you have relevant access to the table to operate on , where you are trying to get the data for storing in data verse table?

Note

just to make sure that the table (the file data) is not empty because if table is empty you won’t see any data at all.

What connector do you use ?

try to use the url if you can get data return ( the same browser )

for example:

https://org.dynamics.com/data/CustomersV3?cross-company=true&$filter=dataAreaId eq 'US01'&$select=CustomerAccount&$top=1

replace with your entityname, legal entity name and column name.

another is use FO connector in power automate or power canvas app to test if any data returns ( use the same account as the data import).
