No, you generally don’t need to remove and re-add a connected agent after each update.
In Microsoft Copilot Studio’s multi-bot setup, any changes to a connected agent (such as updating its topics, triggers, logic) will be picked up by the master agent once you publish the updated connected agent. No reconnection required but you have to publish the agent. The only exception is: If you modify the connected agent’s description, that text is stored locally in the master agent and won’t auto-sync. In that case, you’d simply update the description in the master agent’s settings to match (but still no need to remove/re-add the agent, but of course you can!).
