are there currently any known issues with the ServiceNow Connectors? Compared to last week they are not working anymore. ServiceNow Knowledge is working.
However, when the agent try to call an action like "List Records" or "Create record" it dynamically fills in the values, but could not get an response from the API call (Output value is empty).
Settings:
- Generative Orchestration
- input parameter "Display System References" for the actions are set to true.
- Enhanced Search Results = On
Steps I tried:
1. Checked the "managed connection" and it was not connected anymore. But still after re-connecting its not working.
For the create record action I received this error now:
The connector 'ServiceNow' returned an HTTP error with code 403. Error code: ConnectorRequestFailure.
and this:
The parameter with name 'tableType' is required to call the connector. Error code: ConnectorActionBadRequest.
