How do I add additional admins to an existing Copilot Studio environment

I am an admin of an existing Copilot Studio enviroment. The owner is trying to add new admins to collaborate, we are unable to see any options to do so, could you provide a step by step instructions or refer to who can action this.

    If the environment is locked down via a AD group, then the user will need to be added to the AD group first. 
     
    If not, or once they've been added, a power platform admin can follow these steps to grant them system admin on the environment: 
     
    1. Go to Power Platform Admin Center
      https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com

    2. Navigate to
      Manage → Environments

    3. Select your Copilot Studio Environment

    4. Click Settings

    5. Expand Users + permissions

    6. Click Users

    7. Click + Add user (if user not already present)

    8. Select the user

    9. Click Manage security roles

      Assign them the following role - System Admin (Full admin access) 

    10. Click Save

    Check if the environment is locked down via an AD Group first. Only a Power Platform admin will be able to check.
     
    If it is locked down via AD Group, then the user will need to be added to this group. Steps below on how to add someone to an AD Group - 
     
    1. Sign in to the Microsoft Entra admin center as at least a Groups Administrator.

    2. Browse to Entra ID > Groups > All groups.

    3. Select the group you need to manage.

    4. Select either Members or Owners.

    5. Select + Add (members or owners).

    6. Scroll through the list or enter a name in the search box. You can choose multiple names at one time. When you're ready, select the Select button.
