Problem with language change in Power Apps,from english to Spanish

My App inPower Apps was working very good, i created in english with Chrome setup in english, but a partner has chrome in spanish, he enter to my App and the App change all to spanish, how to change to english ,i tried to restaure other version but the problem persists

    You can try appending &l=en-us (or ?l=en-us if you already have parameters in the url) to the url and see if that helps.
