Microsoft power up challenge cannot submit receive website error

Hi,

I have been trying to submit my microsoft power up challenge submission and get the below error. I have tried 2 different computers at home (my pc and a mac) and even submitted on my work pc in the office so I dont think its my computer or network. submission is around 80 mbs under 10 minutes and a .mp4 file.
