Copilot Studio Bot does not work with feedback after publishing to MSTeams

Hello, 

I have created a Copilot Studio bot for my company and configured it to send a request for feedback as seen here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-copilot-studio/guidance/adaptive-card-add-feedback-for-every-response

After I published it to our MSTeams, when receiving the thumbs up/thumbs down feedback, doesn't trigger the specific topic I made in order to catch it and send out a response. For example, when the user clicks the thumbs down button, it should send out a phrase from the user that says "No" and after receiving that response the bot will apologize and ask for clarification. After publishing to MSTeams, the phrase is sent out, but the bot doesn't see the response until I re-enter the automated response manually as seen below.



I notice that on MSTeams, it shows "Your response was sent to the app", I don't know where that data is being stored. Also, is it possible to have it send to the app and also send an actual response?
